Is a reservation necessary to enter the Zoo?   Yes, by clicking here. Reservations are not required for children under 3. You can buy the entrance ticket online or directly at our ticket office. No registration required.

I am a member. Do I need to book my visit to the Zoo? During this period, access to the Park is limited and for this reason, reservations are required. Everyone, including members, can only access if they have a reservation. Click here if you would like to book.

Can I stay in the Zoo as long as I want? Yes, the Zoo is open from 10.00 to 17.00. Access is possible until 15:30.

Can I bring a packed lunch? Yes, picnic tables are available

Is the restaurant open? The “Giardino” restaurant is open EVERY DAY FOR LUNCH ((from 12.00 to 14.30) For reservations, please contact the restaurant staff upon your arrival at the Zoo.
